Martham Court, on Hickling Way, is retirement housing to rent for people aged 55 and over, run by the housing association Anchor. The scheme has 34 flats and studios, including one-bedroom flats for single or double occupancy, with 24-hour emergency call support, maintenance, gardening and communal facilities such as a lounge and guest room.
