A free community session on planning ahead for end-of-life care, covering Advance Care Planning and the ReSPECT form, with speakers from Harpenden Primary Care Network and Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care. Staff will be on hand to talk about local support services, and drop-ins are welcome.
