Austin’s Funeral Directors opened its Harpenden office at 53-55 High Street in April 2022. The branch is part of a family-owned funeral business the company says has more than 300 years of funeral experience, and offers a 24-hour service.
The office includes a private arrangement room and a Chapel of Rest, with funeral administrator Theresa Jones assisting families with arrangements. Services include traditional and personalised ceremonies, transport, memorial dove releases, and access to Harwood Park Crematorium, plus a choice of funeral plans.
