Godfrey’s, at 41 High Street in Harpenden, has served fish and chips and homemade sides since 2012.
The menu includes fresh-cooked cod, haddock, plaice and scampi, homemade pies, and sides such as mushy peas and curry sauce, with vegetarian options including battered halloumi; chips are double-cooked from potatoes peeled daily.
