The Old Bell is a Chef & Brewer pub and restaurant on the Luton Road, on the north side of Harpenden. It has a strong food focus, with fish dishes a speciality and a good choice for vegetarians. The main menu changes three times a year, with regular specials and an extensive wine list.
Dining extends into the garden in warmer weather, and there is a real fire for winter. The pub is family friendly, has its own car park, and welcomes dogs on leads in the garden. Greene King IPA is served on cask.
